1.Severe thunderstorms are expected over the northern-western parts of KZN, interior of Mpumalanga and in places over southern Limpopo.

SPECIAL WEATHER ADVISORIES:

1.Heatwave conditions are expected over the Free State, North-West Province and places in the north and north-eastern parts of the Northern Cape as well as the north-western parts of KZN up to Thursday, but Gauteng, Limpopo and Mpumalanga until Friday.

Partly cloudy and hot with isolated showers and thundershowers.

2. MPUMALANGA:

Cloudy in the east at first with morning fog patches over the
escarpment, otherwise partly cloudy and warm to hot with isolated afternoon thunderstorms. It will be very hot over the Lowveld.

3. LIMPOPO:

Cloudy in the east at first otherwise partly cloudy and hot to very hot with isolated afternoon thunderstorms, but scattered over the central and north-western parts.

4. NORTH-WEST PROVINCE:

Fine and very hot, becoming partly cloudy in the extreme east from late afternoon with isolated showers and thundershowers.

5. FREE STATE:

Fine and hot to very hot, becoming partly cloudy in the extreme east
from late afternoon with isolated showers and thundershowers.

6. NORTHERN CAPE:

Morning fog patches along the coast at first, otherwise fine and warm, but hot in places over the central interior.
The wind along the coast will be light and variable becoming moderate to fresh southerly to south-westerly by the afternoon.

7. WESTERN CAPE:

Cloudy to partly cloudy at first over the eastern parts, otherwise fine
and warm but hot in places over the interior. It will remain partly cloudy along coast by the afternoon into the evening.
The wind along the coast will be light and variable at first, becoming moderate north-westerly reaching fresh south of Cape Point.

8. WESTERN HALF OF THE EASTERN CAPE:

Warm along the coast, otherwise partly cloudy and hot, becoming fine over the interior in the afternoon.
The wind along the coast will be light to moderate westerly to
north-westerly, becoming southerly to south-easterly by midday.

9. EASTERN HALF OF THE EASTERN CAPE:

Fine and very hot in the north west, otherwise partly cloudy and warm
to hot with isolated thunderstorms in the north east, but cloudy with
drizzle along the Wild Coast and adjacent interior.
The wind along the coast will be moderate to fresh south-westerly,
becoming southerly to south-easterly in the afternoon.

10. KWAZULU-NATAL:

Morning fog over the interior, otherwise partly cloudy and warm to hot, but very hot in places in the north. Isolated afternoon showers
and thundershowers are expected.
The wind along the coast will be moderate to fresh north-easterly,
becoming gentle in the afternoon in the extreme south.
