Today’s court proceedings were also closely monitored by advocate Gerrie Nel and his legal team. “The family approached AfriForum’s private prosecuting unit, because they felt the case was not being prioritised by the police. Defense is asking that the matter be postponed for two weeks, defense is still waiting for the transcripts of the previous bail hearing.
State now asking for the case to be postponed for three weeks.
