KwaZulu-Natal: At 07H56 Friday morning Netcare 911 responded to reports of a collision on the N3 near the Peter Brown offramp.
Reports from the scene indicate that a light motor vehicle had broken down and was parked on the side of the road when the driver of a light delivery vehicle lost control resulting in a rollover fatally wounding the elderly male from the car.
The female occupant of the car had sustained serious injuries and a male occupant of the bakkie sustained minor injuries, both patients were treated on scene and transported to hospital for further treatment.
All necessary authorities were on scene.
