KwaZulu-Natal: At 18H04 Monday evening Netcare 911 responded to reports of a collision on the M4 South Bound between Sibaya and uMhlanga.

Reports from the scene indicate that the driver of a light delivery vehicle lost control resulting in the vehicle crashing through an Armco barrier coming to rest down an embankment.

The patient was assessed on scene however declined ambulance transportation to hospital.

The Durban North SAPS is in Attendance.
