KwaZulu-Natal: Just before 9am Thursday morning Netcare 911 responded to reports of a collision on the R614 Wartburg.
Reports from the scene indicate that a tractors wheel broke off while transporting sugar cane.
Two adult males sustained moderate injuries in the incident.
Both patients were treated on scene and transported to hospital for further treatment.
