Shoplifters Sought: KwaZulu Natal

The public is requested to assist in locating the two (2) Indian males in the first picture.

The two entered a franchise supermarket on Wick Street in the Verulam CBD last week and walked out of the store without paying for 2 x 1.5kg buckets of Clover Butter Ghee valued at R520 and a can of Redbull. The incident was captured on CCTV and it clearly shows the suspect in the blue shirt walking infront of his accomplice as they near the express pay point where a long queue had formed.

He then moves to the front of the store and keeps an eye out while the suspect in black makes enquiries at the till point. He holds the stolen items low to the ground in order for the cashier not to see it. During the video the suspect in the blue can be seen giving his accomplice the thumbs up. The suspect in the black then walks out without paying. The suspect in the blue does not exit the store immediately and waits to see if anyone has noticed the theft.
