This is the only language which criminals understand is termination of life. Cranial is best.
Sadly due to corruption & lack of resources our laws favor the criminals. They are ultimately dominating the daily life of law abiding police & citizens in SA.
Hollow tips may not be used by LEOs.
Shooting unless there is an imminent threat to life is illegal.
Shoot a criminal & the case will take priority in the justice system process, yet if a criminal shoots you there is a 43.8% chance that the case will be sabotaged, lost or thrown out.
Only 5% of violent crimes are successfully convicted in South Africa, yet community groups are threatened by politicians lap dogs for posting about crime & get told they are interfering with an active investigation.
Although it is true & accurate in many scenarios that posting too many details too early can hinder an investigation, our argument remains – crime is out of control & violent criminals are not being convicted or rehabilitated fast enough, therefore maybe public exposure of them is more effective than our justice system? Maybe it is time we rethink the bullying by political messengers within the force who try hide violent crime & who send messengers running around issuing ominous threats to Facebook pages admins who post about crime.
Our citizens have a right to be safe from harm in their own country, therefore exposing criminals is in the public interest.
Another fact we all know is that police forensics departments battle constantly to get sufficient resources & equipment to perform their duties! Who remembers the facts exposed during the Oscar Pistorius trial which revealed that there were no forensic booty supplies for crime scene forensic responders?
There are members of the police force who are known criminals yet they keep their employment.
What does this tell you? Wake up South Africa.
It should make you realise that all is not as it seems. Our government is silently enabling & protecting violent criminals.
