Trio to appear in court, 263 suspects nabbed through detective operations.

POTCHEFSTROOM – Three suspects are expected to appear in the Mmabatho Magistrates’ Court on Monday, 25 November 2019 facing charges of house robbery and unlawful possession of firearm.

The suspects’ court appearance follows a house robbery which was allegedly committed at Mocoseng village near Mmabatho in the early hours of Thursday, 21 November 2019.

Meanwhile, provincial suspect raiding operations resulted in the arrest of 263 suspects between Wednesday, 20 and Thursday, 21 November 2019, for different crimes throughout the province.

The North West Provincial Commissioner, Lieutenant General Baile Motswenyane welcomed the arrests and indicated that the police will continue to work hard to ensure that members of the community are and feel safe.
