KwaZulu-Natal: At 12H58 Monday afternoon Netcare 911 responded to reports of an industrial incident at a factory in Edendale Pietermaritzburg.

Reports from the scene indicate that an adult male worker sustained a serious laceration to his leg.

The patient was treated on scene by an Advanced life support paramedic and once stabilised was transported by Netcare 911 ambulance to hospital for further treatment.
