Gauteng: At 17H08 Saturday afternoon Netcare 911 responded to reports of a collision on the N1 between Lynnwood and the N4 interchange in Pretoria.

Reports from the scene indicate that an adult male motorcyclist sustained minor injuries when the back tyre of his motorcycle burst resulting in a crash and subsequent fire.

The patient was assessed on scene however declined ambulance transportation to hospital.
