THREE PEOPLE WERE KILLED IN A CAR CRASH ON THE N11 ROAD
Three people were killed and four others escaped with injuries in an accident involving two VW Polo Sedans on N11 road near Slaagboom Farm at Sekhukhune in Limpopo. It is alleged that the driver of Polo Sedan failed to Stop at the stop sign and crashed into another sedan.
Three passengers were certifified dead on the scene, one driver is in a critical condition while the other driver and two passengers escaped with minor injuries. Reckless driving has been cited as the possible cause of the accident. The road is currently closed for traffic and motorists are advised to use alternative roads.
Transport and Community Safety MEC, Mavhungu Lerule-Ramakhanya has sent messages of condolences to the families of the three victims and speedy recovery wishes to the injured. The MEC has reiterated her call for motorists to exercise patience and to drive with caution.
