A 30-year-old man sentenced for murder #Sentencing
EASTERN CAPE – Ngqeleni Regional Court convicted and sentenced a 30-year-old Luvuyo Ngobozi to undergo 15 years imprisonment yesterday the 17 May.
On the 06 December 2016 at Nyosini loc in Ngqeleni at about 20h10 a group of six men aged between 25 and 30 years broke into a 27-year-old man's room and brutally assaulted him to death. The six were arrested and Luvuyo was convicted after pleading guilty whilst a Case against the other accused was postponed.
