Community assistance sought in identifying victim

Butterworth police are appealing for community assistance in identifying a man who was found dead on Friday, 2 November 2018 at about 19:10 along the N2 road near Dyabha junction between Kei Bridge and Ndabakazi station, Butterworth.
The deceased is estimated to be about 38-years-old. It is suspected that he was a victim in a hit-and-run accident. Anyone with information about the accident and who can identify the deceased is requested to contact Butterworth police at 047 401 1100. A case of culpable homicide has been opened for further investigation.
