#COVID-19 operational successes in East London

CAMBRIDGE – Yesterday Police received information about the illegal sale of cigarettes and other non-essential goods at separate spaza shops in Vincent and Dorchester heights, East London.

The raid yielded to the confiscation of a variety of cigarette cartoons, cigarette containers, a variety of sexual performance enhancing tablets and crackers. The two suspects aged 27 and 33 years of age were arrested and charged for the contravention of the Disaster Management Act and will appear before the East London magistrate's court.
