Eastern Cape: At 12H43 Saturday morning Netcare 911 responded to reports of a collision on Zwartkops Street in North End, Port Elizabeth.
Reports from the scene indicate that the driver of a light motor vehicle lost control crashing into a concrete pillar.
Two people sustained serious injuries and were treated on scene by Advanced Life support paramedics.
Two other occupants of the car sustained moderate injuries and once stabilized were transported to hospital for further treatment.
