1.Extremely high fire danger conditions are expected over the western and central areas of the North West and the Free State, the central Karoo and the interior of the Garden Route of the Western Cape, the interior of the Northern Cape and in the north-western interior of
the Eastern Cape.

1.Extremely hot conditions are expected over the Cape Winelands,
Central Karoo and interior of the Garden Route.
2.Heatwave conditions expected over the eastern parts of the Northern Cape, Free State and North-West Province from Monday until Friday.

Fine becoming partly cloudy and warm to hot.

2. MPUMALANGA:

Cloudy at first with morning fog patches over the escarpment,
otherwise partly cloudy and cool to warm, with isolated showers and
thundershowers over the highveld.

3. LIMPOPO:

Partly cloudy in the east at first with morning fog patches over the escarpment, otherwise fine and warm to hot.

4. NORTH-WEST PROVINCE:

Very hot in the extreme west, otherwise fine and hot, becoming partly cloudy in the afternoon.

5. FREE STATE:

Very hot in the extreme north-west, otherwise fine and hot, becoming
partly cloudy in the afternoon with isolated thunderstorms in the
extreme east.

6. NORTHERN CAPE:

Cool along the coast with morning fog, otherwise fine and warm to
hot, but very hot to extremely hot over the central parts, becoming
partly cloudy and windy in places.
The wind along the coast will be moderate northwesterly becoming
light south-westerly.

7. WESTERN CAPE:

Foggy along the coastal areas becoming partly cloudy and cool to warm.
It will be fine and hot to very hot over the central and eastern
interior. The south and southwestern coastal areas will become cloudy from evening.
The wind along the coast will be moderate to fresh north-westerly but fresh easterly in the south becoming light to moderate in the evening.

8. WESTERN HALF OF THE EASTERN CAPE:

Fine and hot, but very hot in places over the interior.
The wind along the coast will be Fresh to strong easterly to
south-easterly.

9. EASTERN HALF OF THE EASTERN CAPE:

Fine and warm, but hot over the interior.
The wind along the coast will be fresh to strong north easterly.

10. KWAZULU-NATAL:

Partly cloudy and warm, but hot in the west with isolated showers and
thundershowers in the extreme west.
The wind along the coast will be moderate north-easterly in places
north of Richard's Bay in the morning. otherwise fresh to strong,
becoming near gale at times between Durban and Port Edward.
