Free State: At 17H26 Sunday evening Netcare 911 responded to reports of a collision on the R57 twenty kilometers before Sasolburg coming from Heilbron.
Reports from the scene indicate that the driver of a SUV lost control resulting in the vehicle rolling.
Sadly an adult female sustained fatal injuries and another four patients sustained moderate injuries.
All the patients were treated on scene and transported by ambulance to hospital for further treatment.
All necessary authorities were on scene to investigate.
