Gauteng: At 08H15 Monday morning Netcare 911 responded to reports of a collision on Robert Broom Drive in Rant en Dal in Krugersdorp.

Reports from the scene indicate that the driver of a light delivery vehicle travelling on the R28 with three other occupants, all males had lost control and went over the bridge crashing onto the road below.

The patients were assessed on scene by medics and found to have no signs of life and declared deceased on the scene.

The Fire and Rescue Services had to use the "Jaws of Life" to remove the bodies from the wreckage.

All necessary authorities were on scene.
