Gauteng: At 09H30 Saturday morning Netcare 911 responded to reports of a falls at the Modderfontein Nature Reserve.

Reports from the scene indicate that an adult male riding his mountain bike fell sustaining serious injuries in the process.

The patient was treated on scene and once stabilised was airlifted by the Netcare 2 helicopter to hospital for further treatment.
