Gauteng: At 10H49 Thursday morning Netcare 911 responded to reports of a collision on the R59 in Vereeniging.

Reports from the scene indicate that a bakkie and a truck were involved in a collision resulting in both vehicles overturning.

Netcare 911 had assessed one patient who had sustained minor injuries.

Once stabilised the patient was transported by ambulance to hospital for further treatment.
