Gauteng: At 12H53 Thursday afternoon Netcare 911 responded to reports of a collision on the R511 in Diepsloot.
Reports from the scene indicate that a mini-bus taxi and a light motor vehicle were involved in a collision.
One occupant from the mini-bus taxi tragically sustained fatal injuries and nine other people sustained injuries ranging from minor to serious.
All the patients were treated on scene and transported by various ambulance services to hospital for further treatment.
All necessary authorities were on scene.
