Gauteng: At 13H32 Sunday afternoon Netcare 911 responded to reports of a collision on the N4 Val De Grace in Pretoria.

Reports from the scene indicate that the driver of a light motor vehicle, an adult male lost control of his car resulting in a rollover.

Medics assessed the scene and found that the patient had sustained serious injuries and required Advanced Life Support intervention to stabilise him.

Due to the nature of the patients injuries a helicopter ambulance was activated to airlift him to hospital.
