Gauteng: At 13H45 Tuesday afternoon Netcare 911 responded to reports of an electrocution at a residence in Mooikloof Pretoria.
Reports from the scene indicate that 22-year-old male had been electrocuted while allegedly replacing a geyser.
Emergency workers accessed the man through the roof.
The patient was assessed and found to sadly have no signs of and declared deceased.
The Fire and Rescue Services had to called to removed the deceased from the ceiling.
All necessary authorities were on scene.
