Gauteng: At 17H06 Saturday afternoon Netcare 911 responded to reports of two people who sustained injuries from a lightning strike.
Reports from the scene indicate that lightning hit the tree they were sitting under.
One person was found with moderate injuries and another was resuscitated by an Advanced life support paramedic.
Sadly despite best efforts to save the man's life he was sadly declared deceased on the scene.
All necessary authorities were on scene to investigate.
