IRS CORONAVIRUS PROTOCOLS UPDATE:
In view of the Gauteng High Court directive, it is fair to anticipate that the other courts, including the magistrates courts where all criminal matters are initially heard, will follow suit, and implement more severe restrictions.
It is also anticipated that the restrictions will increase at other government organisations, especially in public places such as police stations.
These restrictions will impact on the entire state criminal justice cluster.
In view of this, we are holding back on registering new cases or making reps to have new cases or other cases enrolled.
We will shortly be instituting level 2 protocols in terms of our contingency plans and our staff will be required to work from home where their respective case files will be monitored on a daily basis by management remotely on an electronic basis .
This exercise will enable our staff to ensure that all cases are ready for review and prosecution once the government starts lifting restrictions on movement and on public meetings. It also gives our staff and management the opportunity to thoroughly audit each and every case currently under investigation.
Our clients will be kept up to date via WhatsApp on the respective groups created for multiple complainant cases and direct communication will be via telephone, Skype, WhatsApp or other messenger platforms.
We will also keep our clients updated via our social media platforms which are:

We thank you for your understanding during this unique and trying time..
