Fraudsters are generally bullies but some turn to threats and actually hire “heavies” to do their dirty work.
Remember earlier this year when the IRS head office had to protect itself from a small army of “heavies” hired by a previously convicted fraudster to intimidate IRS in stopping its investigations against him? Well this recording turned up where that very same man is heard telling someone that he was going to kill their partner!
Listen how this convicted fraudster doesn’t threaten, but actually states that he is going to kill someone.
