KwaZulu-Natal: At 08H00 Friday morning Netcare 911 responded to reports of a collision on Stapleton Road in Umtentweni.
Reports from the scene indicate that a 39-year-old male who is the driver of a compacted roller was reversing the roller off a flat bed truck when the driver lost control resulting in the roller falling off the truck landing on its side, he had sustained injuries to his back and shoulder.
The patient was treated by an Advanced life support paramedic from Med-Evac Ambulance services and transported by Netcare 911 to hospital for further treatment.
