KwaZulu-Natal: At 09H08 Friday morning Netcare 911 responded to reports of a collision off the R103 Mooi River area.
Reports from the scene indicate that an adult male sustained serious injuries after the tractor rolled down an embankment through a fence.
The patient was treated on scene by an Advanced life support paramedic and due to the nature of his injuries the Nsele Ambulance Services activated the #Netcare5 specialised helicopter ambulance who airlifted the patient to hospital for further treatment.
All necessary authorities were on scene.
