KwaZulu-Natal: At 10H08 Sunday morning Netcare 911 responded to reports of a falls in a Paradise Valley Pinetown.
Reports from the scene indicate that a adult female searching for a pet dog had fallen off a fallen tree stump into a shallow stream below injuring her back on rocks in the process.
The patient was treated and stabilised on scene by a Netcare 911 Emergency Care Practitioner.
With the assistance of Rescuetech and the Netcare 911 Rescue Technician the woman was carried to a place of safety where the Netcare 911 Helicopter Air Ambulance could fly the patient to hospital for further treatment.
