KwaZulu-Natal: At 14H00 Saturday afternoon Netcare 911 responded to reports of a collision on Ashley road, Everton.
Reports from the scene indicate that an adult female lost control of her vehicle leaving the road and knocking into a wall down an embankment.
A 6-year-old boy who was a passenger in the vehicle escaped injury.
All necessary authorities were on scene to investigate.
