KwaZulu-Natal: At 16H07 Friday afternoon Netcare 911 responded to reports of a collision on the P200 KwaGamalakhe.
Reports from the scene indicate that a 12-year-old female was injured when she fell off her bike.
The patient sustained moderate injuries and was treated on scene before being transported by Netcare 911 ambulance to hospital for further assessment and care.
All necessary authorities were on scene to investigate.
