KwaZulu-Natal: At 16H15 Saturday afternoon Netcare 911 responded to reports of a drowning at a residential pool in Bisley Pietermaritzburg.
Reports from the scene indicate that a 3-year-old child was found unresponsive in a pool by a family member.
The child was removed from the pool and began showing signs of responsiveness.
The patient was assessed on scene by an Advanced life support paramedic and transported by Midlands EMS to hospital for further treatment.
