KwaZulu-Natal: At 17H25 Tuesday late afternoon Netcare 911 responded to reports of a Pedestrian vehicle collision on the N2 North bound just passed the M25 onramp onto the N2 near Greystones.

Reports from the scene indicate that an adult male pedestrian was knocked down by a light motor vehicle while crossing the road.

The patient was assessed on scene by medics and found to have no signs of life and declared deceased on the scene.

The Road Traffic Inspectorate and SAPS were on scene.
None of the occupants of the car sustained any injuries.
