KwaZulu-Natal: At 18H31 Thursday evening Netcare 911 responded to reports of a collision on at the Flanders Mall off the M41 in Mount Edgecombe.

Reports from the scene indicate that the driver of a truck transporting resins lost control crashing through at least twenty cars in a car park coming to rest next to the wall of a shopping center.

Medics arrived on scene to find one car stuck under the truck with no access to emergency workers to determine if there are any occupants.

Fire and rescue services will start the procedure of moving vehicles as soon as the initial assessment has been done.

The driver of the truck has sustained moderate injuries with another patient sustaining minor injuries.

All necessary authorities are on scene.
