KwaZulu-Natal: At 19H18 Sunday evening Netcare 911 responded to reports of a collision on the N3 South bound near Howick.
Reports from the scene indicate that two light motor vehicles were involved in a collision.
Sadly two adults from one of the light motor vehicles had died, a young child sustained serious injuries and an adult male from the other light motor vehicle sustained head and spinal injuries.
All the patients were treated on scene and transported by another private ambulance service to hospital for further treatment.
All necessary authorities were on scene to investigate.
