KwaZulu-Natal: #Missing person sought

KwaDabeka SAPS would like to make an appeal to the members of the community regarding a missing person, Simphiwe Sanele Ndimande (23) from KwaDabeka area. He was last seen on 14 September 2018 at his home. He was wearing a red T-shirt and navy shorts. He is mentally challenged.
