Limpopo: At 14H46 Monday afternoon Netcare 911 responded to reports of a collision on Polokwane drive in Seshego.
Reports from the scene indicate that a mini-bus taxi and a light motor vehicle were involved in a collision.
Sadly one person was declared deceased on the scene and three others sustained serious injuries.
All the patients were treated on scene and transported by various ambulance services to hospital for further treatment.
All necessary authorities were on scene.
