Man sentenced to 25 years in jail for rape

NORTHERN CAPE – A 52-years Daniel Baathlodi was sentenced to 25 years imprisonment for rape by Kuruman Regional court on Monday, 08 June 2020.

According to the report Daniel called a 13-year-old victim to his place in September 2015 while playing with her friends on the street.

Sgt. Babeile was commended by the provincial FCS Commander Brigadier Nicky Mills and the Kuruman FCS Commander Captain Caren Nel for her outstanding investigation.
