Circumstances: On the 20 March 2020 at 19.45 hrs, he was last seen leaving his home in Boom Street, Bishop Lavis on foot for his usual walk towards the airport but did not return. He is mentally challenged. It is believed he wore a black jacket, black pants, black cap and black/red striped shoes.
