Missing: Gelvandale EC Recolin Keagan Witbooi 8 yrs 6 July 2019. Circumstances: He is a 8-year-old boy from Barcelona in Gelvandale. He was last seen at 13:30, 06 July 2019, playing with friends in Uranus Street. He did not go back home. He was wearing a black hoodie top, black track suit pants and a pair of white Nike takkies.
