Missing: Kuils River WC Patwil Windvoël 23 yrs 12 August 2019. Circumstances: Patwil was last seen at 17h30 on 12 August 2019 along Nooiensfontein Rd (close to Bok College). He was cycling a silver mountain bike. He was cycling towards Camelot from Kuils River train station. At the time he was wearing a red and dark blue tracksuit pants and black Tommy takkies.
