Missing: Langa WC Nosipho Mlanjeni 46 yrs 20 May 2019.Circumstances: Nosipho had planned to take a taxi from Kandla in Langa to Kuilsriver at 13:00 on 20 May 2019. She has since not made contact with any one. At the time of disappearing she was wearing a green skirt with black flowers and a plain green top.
