Missing: Lingelethu West WC Sibabalwe Qabaka 25 yrs 11 October 2019. Circumstances: He went missing on 11 October 2019 at about 18:00 from his home in Khayelitsha. He is mentally challenged and was supposed to go to the Eastern Cape with his dad. He disappeared as the taxi stopped at their house. At the time of Sibabalwe’s disappearance he was wearing a brown pants, white shirt, Lumber jacket, brown suede shoes and a cap.
