Circumstances: He was last seen in Overcome Heights Seawinds on 17 March 2019, yet three days before he disappeared he's family noticed that he was not himself and looked disturbed. He is mentally challenged. He was wearing a Puma top, green in front with red lines and red lines on the sleeves plus yellow and red on the back. He wore dark blue work pants. His underwear is black and white shorts. Size 6 blue slip on’s. He gets medication for mental health at State hospital.
