Missing: Philippi WC Rosemary Apollis 48 yrs 20 August 2019. Circumstances: She was last seen at her family home in Pinatti Estate, Lansdowne on 20 August 2019 at 08.45am. Rosemary is a very kind and decent woman. Even though she is 48 years old, she still has the mind of a 12 year old. She is mentally challenged. She never goes anywhere without her mother. She is helpful, goes with my mother to the shops and help clean the house. She was wearing a red skirt, purple sweater and black/white takkies.
