Mpumalanga: At 14H44 Sunday afternoon Netcare 911 responded to reports of a collision on the N4 near Belfast.
Reports from the scene indicate that a light delivery vehicle and a SUV were involved in a collision.
Three children and one adult sustained injuries and were treated on scene before being transported by another ambulance service to hospital for further treatment.
All necessary authorities were on scene.
