Circumstances: He was last seen by his mother in the Mangawungu informal settlement Philippi East on 24 October 2019 at approx. 12.30 hrs. He was playing outside the house with a friend. He has a mark on the forehead and a burn mark on his chest. He was wearing blue denim shorts, grey long sleeve top with red and black and blue/white flip flops.
