Operation Basadi yeilds success.
NORTH WEST – As part of Women’s Month crime prevention related activities, Operation Basadi conducted in Potchefstroom and various other parts of the province by South African
Police Service (SAPS) in partnership with other law enforcement members, yielded significant successes.This became evident through apprehension of 189 suspects for various crimes during suspect raiding operations.
The North West Provincial Commissioner, Lieutenant General Sello Kwena commended members, particularly women law enforcers, who participated in the operations.
