Pretoria: At 20H39 Friday night Netcare 911 responded to reports of a serious collision on Rooiwal road (M35)
Reports from the scene indicate that a light motor vehicle and a heavy motor vehicle were involved in a collision.
Three of the occupants sustained critical injuries and required Advanced Life Support intervention.
Fire and Rescue Services had to use the Jaws of Life to free the occupants.
The patients were treated on scene and transported to hospital for further assessment and care.
All necessary authorities were on scene to investigate.
