Rudi Brits, currently serving a suspended sentence in the case below, is once again in police custody, allegedly for hunting a protected species without a permit.

Brits has been accused of a multitude of crimes, from poaching, to romance scams, to taking money from foreigners for non-existent hunting expeditions.

We hope that the authorities oppose bail and that this time, if found guilty, he serves a custodial sentence.
